Raynaud's Disease

Raynaud's disease is also a condition that is symptomatic due to exposure to the cold. This affects your hands and feet, most common in women.

Do you notice in the colder months when your hands or feet are exposed to the weather they feel numb and cool in response to cold temperatures or stress?
